~ Orders in Mumbai, once shipped, will be delivered in 2-4 business days and 4-7 days for the rest of India. The delivery time may vary depending upon address, public holidays, unpredicted weather conditions, etc.

~ Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end. If anyone wants super urgent delivery, contact us at 8892008100.

~ Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation through an email & SMS/WhatsApp possessing details of your order and order ID. You’ll receive another email & SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive !!

~ After placing your order, your tracking ID will be shared from which you can check the status of your order.

~ If our courier partners fail to deliver the products, we'll either refund you the amount or re-deliver your order within 48 hours.

~ There are no shipping charges on Pre-Paid Orders. A minimal amount will be charged on orders with Cash On Delivery (COD) depending on the address.

~ If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not showing, it’s because this facility is unavailable for your postal code. You can either pay by Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking, or you can get the products delivered to an alternate address (where COD is available).

~ Sorry, but the orders once That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry as there are no cancellation charges.

~ Yes, you can easily create an Exchange Request by clicking acknowledgment box and submit your request. Share the necessary details and and wait for us to connect with you.

~ Customers can return their order within 10 days after the order is delivered. If you have anything to return, the whole pack with tag should be returned. Products that will be worn, washed, soiled, torn, tagless, etc. will not be accepted. Return & Refund Policy

If something isn’t right or you just change your mind, we are happy to accept a return. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an online order, in-store purchase, or faulty item. Take a moment to read through our policy, and then head to the instructions below.



THE IMPORTANT STUFF – OUR RETURNS POLICY CHANGED YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned or replaced within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
  • Items purchased from the online can be returned or replaced up to 7 days from the date of received, subject to all other terms and conditions of the policy.
  • If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
  • All the replace and return procedure will be done on the website itself, only on the condition that the tag and original bill will be provided in proper condition



RECEIVED SOMETHING FAULTY?

If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the sample shown (first of all, sorry, this is our bad) we will happily meet our legal and good natured obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We would also love to make you a cup of tea to say sorry but some things just aren’t possible. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning. That’s fair, right?



HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER BY POST?

If you received a faulty item in your online order and it’s not convenient, get in touch with us through the customer care number, so we can help.

  • Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets the Returns Policy above, we’ll process your refund and send you an email to let you know.
  • The refund will appear in your bank account about 3-5 days after you hear from us. If there are any issues or your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll send your parcel back to you, but we’ll contact you about it first.
